In relations to "stacking" by SM, wouldn't this be considered as Predatory trading which is manipulative and against the law?

Unless there are sold between two diff brokers who have secretly agreed to capping by one and absorbing by the other? I know for small cap there are many manipulative strategy behind the scene which I won't go into details here.

Judging from the 1M shares trade each (about $50K per trade), this wouldn't be the average pro trader but rather funds or investment mgr jumping in. The bots are obvious in today's trade.

Why would the SP be pushed down after a white UP day still puzzle me. Maybe the quarterly report did not spill any more info than what has been known. Also the sell depth from 5.3c to 4.9c seems quite reasonably well stacked.
