controlling stake, page-6

Hey guys,

firstly congratulations on the recent SP increase, it has been a tough 2 years.

I imagine that RIO would want to block the stake, it would be cheaper for them to come into a JV with EXT. RIO are ruthless business people and will do anything to stop future issues, will ensure they can vote no. I'm sure they can also speak to other investors and make arrangements for a no vote.

The problem I see, is that RIO now holds, and i'm sure they can get someone to manage their stock, and ensure they pick up more shares cheaper. They originally paid between 97.5c and 1.20, so IMO they won't pay much more than that to accumilate, if they need it.

Anyway, waiting on the side lines to eneter again around the 144 day MA at approximately $1.08
