I just watched a news video where PM Malcolm Turbull visited the Coptic church on the Eid day...not really an issue because I don't really care for his political tokenism if he did show up to an Eid event.... and he said in front of the church congregation that he supports the Coptic community - no problems there, so he should.
But he continued to say that he wants to address terrorism against the 'disease within Islam itself'.
The next thing he said was "We mustn't mince words."
He said this publicly on the day of the holiest celebrations on the Islamic calendar - Eid.
Spoken like a bigoted, Islamophobic, and offensive moron. So, to address terrorism he stated that there was a 'disease' within the religion itself?
Can you imagine if he stated that he wanted to address the "disease within Judaism" or "disease within Christianity" instead? And then add "we mustn't mince words here".
What 'disease' then is to blame for the US-led invasions of Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan that the Australian military participate in where millions of people have died since (and continue to do so)
