Floyds...its a grey area isnt it. At one end you have Enron...just talk and spin and fraud...then the other is you talk about facts and only things you can deliver.

I hold shares in another company where management does nothing to pump its presence and potential and that is reflected in the SP. When (if) they deliver it will take off...but in the meantim CR at low prices and poor uptake in funding are a concern for the company.

There is balance somewhere in the middle and I think UNS are very clever with their use of language, hinting , insinuating a lot. But they dont go too far. You just need to think back and read all current releases with those from years past
