Brent, presumably your rule is to manage risk in your portfolio, ultimately your capital preservation. It's not a rule I share, but I respect it.

The question of risk you're strugglng with is one of risk. In this case UPside risk. The UPside is only a potential for now because no one knows the future.

The discipline of the stockmarket is ring fenced by only two things: Fear and Greed. That's it.
