Myself as a conv holder and a shareholder of SHN along with the others at the meeting, the consensus was we were most content to convert as we wanted the company to get on with business in building the bioheap plant. Many of us also hold shares in shn.
As to the previous comments on this site, do not place words into our mouths and speak on our behalf if you havent spoken to us.
SHN can now develop and proceed as a company.
I and many others will hold our shares with SHN and are content to do so.
