Positives are that the debt is refinanced to a longer maturity and they achieved close to their upper limit of 275m. This will alleviate market fear of another cap raising as the 2013 bond maturity drew closer.
Negatives are the possible future dilution due to the lower conversion price on these bonds of 2.19 US per share and the higher rate of 6% that will slightly increase the interest costs (additional 2.7m per year).
