Good job by PDN. A little short term pain for long term gain. Im happy with the terms and we can move on without the debt hanging over our heads.
Im glad this clause is in because im sure the Paladin share price will be much higher than 3 dollars in the coming years.
Paladin has the right to redeem all outstanding Convertible Bonds at their principal
amount plus accrued interest in certain circumstances including, on or after 14 May 2015, if the Paladin
share price, translated into US dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, exceeds for a specified period of time 130% of the conversion price.
No holding PDN back now! When we do a JV or similar for a non core assest this will rocket.
