as it seems all quiet on the western front this morning, thought i would ask a question from the west. is george jones going to africa to have a signing ceremony on tuesday with both governments? i thought that was supposed to occur after the scheme meeting. if i am right, is that not a good thing for sdl holders, i.e. more time for another bid to emerge given that we will then have the go ahead. if i am wrong about all this, feel free to enlighten me.
