Looks like they are very serious in making some movements to reduce their debt.

The thing is, I think they are overly conservative in their approach...considering the whole drilling business is picking up. ~40% of their company's entire portfolio is selling the drilling equipment, I would expect just satisfying this demand would see a quite positive 2H09 result.
