The really scarry stocks are those with high debt levels, especially those where the debt is hard to quantify and debt covenants based on the SP. They are the ones that scare me.
Least RED is easy to understand. They will get over this hump, they are on the cusp now I believe. Really they are still dealing with commissioning problems. Sure they were too optimistic but it seems that they are getting on top of the sludge problem and then I expect that they will go from strength to strength.
I believe that the smart money is buying in now. Time will tell.
