conversation with management

Hello everybody,
as we see today, the optionswitch-refinancing is finished.
Congratulations to the people, who are brave enough to grab shares at bargain prices below 7c. Think: before director sellings, we have been around 9c. We will be there very quick imho.

Had some conversation with the management the last days.
The TOP 20 is holding ~45% of the company now.
The further options 8m at 2c ending 30.09.2012 and 29,6m at 7c ending 08.11.2014 are in strong hands.

ADO has enough cash to work indepentently.
Receiving cash from Bangs has startet now and they are hoping for a significantly increase with the release of the Silica Bind-IT product. But this earnings will not be transformational for ADO, as we all know.

Maybe we will get an information from management in the next days, that the "post-option-conversion" has finished.

They have active discussions with about 55 different companies. The majority of these companies are operating with confidence and have material transfer agreements in place with ADO. Materials flow in both directions and collaborative discussions are routinely held between the parties - generally scientists.

The data that is being generated in the laboratories of several of ADOs collaborators clearly demonstrates the commercial worth of ADOs technology. Many of these parties are confirming that no negative impact results from the inclusion of Mix&Go into their manufacturing process. Lets hope, once they arrive at this conclusion themselves they will be prepared to enter into commercial arrangements with ADO. The management is keeping the pressure on these parties with a view to ensuring ADO will arrive at this point as early as possible.

The management has a target between 3 and 5 agreements before end 2011.
Cashflow positive by end 2011.

They are very very confident, and i am glad to be a part of a bright commercial future with comming milestones in the next future.
