you may be right about the $1 million, but the fact of the matter is that none of us have access to that sort of information. Speculation isn't going to make things any better. We need to put pressure on the board to start releasing details to shareholders so that we know where we stand.

I don't believe that there is much to be gained by writing off the entire board of JRV as incompetent and dishonest. If your beef is with Pursell, then it would seem wise to gain the respect of the other board members and try and influence them to help bring about change.
