    Hi TonyDel,

    I understand that you are unhappy with the performance of the company and the board. However, your comments suggest that you don't value board members who are corporate professionals who are compensated for their work. If you want good people, you have to reward them, but I take your point that board members may not be standing up to Duncan Pursell in the board room.

    Board members like Melanie Leydin seems to have a lot of experience in accounting and Dr Malcolm Jansen is an experienced Metallurgist with an excellent CV. These people would seem to be assetts to the board of JRV, do you really think they should be dumped? Removing these people and bringing in new directors with no knowledge of the company would seem more likely to be a hinderance than a help. From the rumors circulating it would seem to me that it is Duncan Pursell as the Managing Director who needs to be removed. It is him who is allegedly acting inappropriately and who is holding the company back. I know you are angry, I know you are disappointed, but we need to keep our cool and act logically.

    There needs to be some method behind the activism here - what would be the benefit/logic behind removing all of the current board members? (I'm actually asking a question here - maybe there are good reasons that I just can't see). If you want the Jervois Vision campaign to be successful, you will need to convince us as shareholders to vote for your proposed board changes - it isn't enough just to get 5% of shareholders behind you. You are going to need 50% for each agenda item.
