many have been speculating about the CTP clarification of the JV setup. IMO its better that all parties are clear on their obligations and entitlments before they commmit big time.would hate to see a legal fight over wording that could destroy value in both companies in the middle of a great announcement. hold stock in both co's and expect good results in the next 12 months
