Damn I didn't notice they touched 1.4c. This is a ridiculous structure for a stock at the small end of the market. It divides the already thin liquidity and no-one seems quite sure which are the heads and which are the derivatives - otherwise they ought to be trading around 2.5c you would think? The 7% "dividend" is about the size of a single price increment so can't understand why anyone would be fussed over it. Still get the feeling some are deliberately trying to keep the structure intact, keeping it range-bound and arbitraging between the two?
