Probably because no-one has a clue what is going on. A few weeks ago they moved head office to Melbourne to be closer to a large shareholder. I assumed that was Xtract - now they've sold?

Personally I think any change in management and ownership has to be a good thing. There is good potential here with the technology but no discernible strategy or leadership.
