Good post Jovann. Obviously we can't compete against that, but we shouldn't have too. We can fill a niche market. Kickbacks happen in all industries. Bonuses, free tickets, etc. Maybe PNO could look into it at some stage. But for now we just need to get it out there.
It doesn't make much sense for sales staff to push Thermalife over Voltaren. A few kind words about Voltaren will get the job done. With Thermalife it's more time consuming because nobody know about it or the brand.
If you start off looking at Voltaren then saleslady says 'what about Thermalife', you reply why. She says 'it's natural'. Then you say 'what about blackmores then?'. She ends up waisting 10minutes on a 2minute sale.
Ofcourse customer service should come first. What's best for that particular person. But reality is it's about what's easiest and what's more profitable.
