If they were "free" grants of shares, I too would be opposed. However, in light of the current share price, and dilution associated with QV, I am not as offended as some.

I know these guys are well remunerated already, but there is nothing like skin in the game to motivate. The way it's gone over recent years a price of 25 cents, let alone 60 cents seems very optimistic!

To get the first tranche of 2.5 million they actually have to kick in 625K. I know they have until 2018, but let's hope these options are in the money by 18 Feb and stay that way! If they can get this share price to $1, I am happy to see them rewarded!

Let's face it, neither is likely to exercise these options unless they are well in the money.

With no debt, dividends (albeit smaller ones) will come earlier - a pipe dream!!

I know they put out a lot of positive announcements late last year to get optional holders to exercise, but having re-read the IXP development announcement combined with the recent order, it seems we might be in for a pleasant quarterly. There appears to be a lot of activity in the IXP space. I am nevertheless fully prepared to be let down again!
