MM, I see your sentiment is no longer 'buy'. Hope that isn't on the back of the Options remuneration? If so, then surely if the options get exercised then the shareprice has gone up?

MB and KT were put on the board of TZ when the company was more or less insolvent. There was no way dilution was not going to occur after they were put in the role as the company was losing money. The bottom has been passed and you'd think that TZ would be approaching the profitability line shortly. That's a remarkable turnaround given that at any stage the rug could have been pulled out from its feet.

A bit of context here. I see the options as a performance related bonus to their existing salaries (which are probably too high for the size of company TZ is, but if it grows then the salaries are reasonable).

At 25c, MB and KT would likely exercise at 30c to get a clear 20% gain. If they exercised all 2.5m ($625k) (unlikely that they have funds sitting there to do this) then that is a bonus of $125k assuming 30c. Hardly astronomical. I don't think any of us would bemoan the SP reaching these levels soon?

60c by 2020? I'd be hoping for much more but that it still is a 400% premium on today's shareprice. Not bad for a 6 year investment?
