longjohn - I am a supporter of MKY and have held for a little while now - and will continue to - I agree about some of the African Countries , my studies of the Sovereign Risk of particularly a couple led me to drop 2 companies recently. While my research tells me MKY is a goodie I am still a cautious little old lady and extreme hopes on the part of some give me a panic attack !! :)
Someone recently posted that they couldn't find the connection between the old "Media Company" and the current "Uranium Exploration Company" .. there is an excellent boardroom radio broadcast (interview with Allan Blood) that pretty well explains the shift. Recommended listening .. It's on www.brr.com.au. The Company Announcements, over the last few months - especially the financial ones also make it clear that MKY has "given away" what was left of the media involvement and has written the losses off. The shift from media to exploration is complete and revolves around the Qsland tenements that Allan Blood brought to MKY.
