    Yeh, I have the same question.

    Suppose GTP's share price can hang on around 10c or Xc or whatever it might be in June. Then each GTPGA/B unit would convert to

    [$100/(Xc*0.95)] shares, which would be worth $105.

    But the GTPGA/B are presently traded under $20, a mall fraction of $105!
