Any experts in the crowd out there who know if there will be any impact on the SP, given the announcement that appeared on the ASX website at 6:16PM?
The notice is a Section 708A of the Corporations Act one, which states:
On 16 January 2008 Pacrim Energy Ltd issued 19,250,000 fully paid shares under a conversion of options. They go on to say that they have complied with all the provisions of the act, but mention as point 1: "The Company issued the shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
Any worry here? There's no mention of the price of the oppies or the converted price. Any insights? Thanks!
