I wouldn't be too concerned. Some of these expire in December so it may just be a convenient time to split some profit over two financial years. Also a lot of these options were issued to consultants and ex-staff who aren't necessarily connected to the day to day happenings. I don't think there is any "sell now before it drops" sentiment.
