A quote from our chairman's address last year.
" The Board remains of the view that the number of issued shares,and resultant share price, remain as a matter requiring further attention in the future "
This suggests a number of possible scenarios.
Maybe it doesn't mean a consolidation but rather the company after making significant, consistent profit will start buying back it's shares on market thereby reducing the number of issued shares.
Wouldn't that be nice, it's all possible, others companies have done it. The stock price keeps going up when companies buy back their shares.
Maybe this scenario is what Evan's is referring to.
