If you have 10,000 Sezzle shares, you need to multiply them by 0.98 to work out how many shares you have after.

10,000 * 0.98 = 9800 shares after the deal goes through. You will have 200 less shares.

If the Zip price is bit higher than the Sezzle price, the total value of your holdings will still be worth more even with 200 less shares.

eg 10,000 * $1.50 Szl = $15000
9800 * $1.70 Zip = $16600

Depends what the prices are when the deal goes through.
