Anyway, my point or question is shouldnt our crf cost basis be 5.29 x our cer cost basis OR 0.18 if our cb for cer was under 0.18?

so, eg, 5.29 x 0.18 = 0.9522 cb for crf

or, if you paid (eg) .22 for CER, it then becomes 5.29 x .22 cb fro CRF?
