As existing shareholders you will be issued with a prospectus inviting you to participate in the NASDAQ float as tier 1 investors. You will be offered a transfer of your shares at 1:1 and some 10 days before the IPO CSNY as underwriter will delist the shares from the ASX simultaneously offering to take any shares offered in that interim period. Once on the NASDAQ you will be able to trade through the auspices of any local broker such as Commsec who handles NASDAQ trades. The charge is similar to many local brokers but higher than those with internet trading accounts are used to (1%).
