    **bollocks edeagle** re: conversions What breach of what duty? What rumours? We all know the company is raising capital and will be considering various sources as they've ALREADY REPORTED. Regarding my prediction of the sp doubling from .006 on funding, it's exactly that, a prediction. Knowing this stock I believe it's likely but take it with a grain of salt brother.
