Well done Tish, cheers. Looking on the stupid asx listing rules but not getting anywhere.
From a quick read of the relevant section, it certainly seems the onus is on the holder and not the company to disclose the information. The question is whether or not the company knew and why they did not post an announcement at the end of May when they won't have known if they actually look at the top20 they put on the web. Anyway, ask Phil about it tomorrow.
I really do hope though that we have seen the last of Index Options!
