Agree with your comments totally Jojo. I have accepted the TMR offer - I agree with the sentiments of some posters that its a bit of a low ball offer, but that has been brought about by the lack of ability of the current IBR management.

I have also had a good look at TMR, and although they are getting the IBR resources at a bargan price they are likely to actually be able to get things going and see the true value of it realised. It is a shame, since IBR had such great prospects, shows how much quality management is critical for a firms success.
