I find it rather intriguing that there hasn't been more Convertible Notes converted. This is particularly interesting given the low share price.

This leads me to believe there is a distinct possibility that shares are/have been accumulated for another reason. That reason is a TAKEOVER.

Coretrack now have two very unique technologies and let's face it the company is more or less a sitting duck presently as it's sitting with a number of other ASX listed companies on the "bargain table" given the low, low Market Cap.
