I am not aware that MYG has ever issued a CONVERTIBLE BOND which is due in SEPTEMBER?
I am fully aware that MYG has convertible loan from sandstorm $2M which has been converted into 22,160,046 shares on the 23rd of January 2013.
It is either lederp's wish or management did not disclose it in the annual report.
