Their cashflow statement in the last quarterly mentioned a cash balance of $6-7m but this included the inflow from the issue of $12m. They claim expenses for the next quarter of $3m so things look okay for the moment.
I think after the June quarterly they were quizzed by the ASX about their low cash balances and they mentioned the notes then, which were obviously essential for them to have done the business they did in the last quarter.
