convertible note issue, page-6

I have been a PLT share holder for many years, once buying shares at $3.00. I have continued to buy shares over the years and will participate in the recent purchase scheme. I suppose I would have loved to have bought some convertilble notes but was told of the minimum $50K so I didn't subscribe - well good luck to those that did.
I appreciate your response as to what your intentions are and I hope most investors will be like you and wait to see how the company fortunes develop and not sell out immediately to get immediate gains.
