    Just on the convertible note are RCP obligated to taking all The $7.5M note?

    If RCP decide not to continue to draw down on LJ note and seek finance elsewhere what are the implications for RCP?

    Not sure how this all works, I was under the impression RCP could ditch this LJ mob as long as RCP didnt draw down on LJ notes.
