no you don't need shareholder approval to have an MD leave or resign or whatever- that can happen at any time. You can appoint new directors too, the meeting will be needed to approve new directors and to also approve the issue fo convertible note,
it's avg 2.25 cents and that's higher than what it is now so bloody good deal to me.....
to me if they re serious then we will see those options converted early for voting power.... at being at 2.5, 5, 7.5c that will put a spur in the price.
nice upsloping triangle pattern with resistance at 2c is coming......looks liek next leg to mid 2c range is ont he way at last
