re: any profit estimates I did some very quick and very conservative sums.

I have not read all the posts of PLT on Hot Copper in case somebody has posted profit forecasts already.

No broker reports on PLT website.

29/9/06 Full Year Accounts show:

$890K in cash and no borrowings
37% gross margin on sales
Estimated $10M expenses for 2007
No Tax payable with $68M past losses


23/11/06 SPP - Placement of 17M shares raising $1.6M at 9 cents per share.

20/12/06 Convertible notes = 65M shares

18/12/06 Appendix 3B = 118M shares

Total shares = 183M or 200M estimate for near future

8/9/06 2007 Sales Outlook

$15.6M for 2007
$84M for 2010

In summary: have $2M cash, which will be used up quickly but have $6M in convertible notes, which will also be used up in 2007.

In 2007 P&L will be:

Revenue $15,600,000
COGS $9,800,000 (@37% margin)
Gross Profit $5,800,00
Expenses $10,000,00
Loss $4,200,000

In 2010 P&L will be:

Revenue $84,000,000
COGS $53,000,000
Gross Profit $31,000,000
Expenses $15,000,000

Net Profit $16,000,000

EPS on 200M shares for 2010 = 8 cents

PE ratio of 16 = $1.28 share price.

Note: $6M convertible notes and existing cash will be used up in 2007.

Maybe 50M or 100M more shares are issued by 2008, before profitability.

EPS on 300M shares for 2010 = 5 cents.

On PE ratio of 16 = share price = 90 cents.

Therefore estimated share price for 2010 is between $1.00 and $1.30.
