convertible notes extension

    As predicted, BEC needs an extension on the notes.
    They are painting a very bleak outcome if the votes do not support the extension.
    I guess I would like to see the holder extending for BEC sake.
    It would take the pressure off BEC and at least getting 9.5% income is better than risking an unknown outcome.
