In response to many emails to CFO David Round, requesting they deal with the Notes issue by restructing debt & firstly paying off the Notes loan from cash to avoid dilution at all costs, then repayment of other debt over the LOM - this from David yesterday:

'I understand you view. Please be assured we have presented a plan to our board and hope they will understand and take some action shortly.'

Note the AGM is at end of month, & the share price is at 11c a full 7 months after relist...email your views on the threat of Notes dilution crapping on the share price to David Round:
