BRL has the right to redeem these notes once the purchase of SE becomes unconditional ie. about now. Do they have the funds to do this? It would very easy to raise them, $7.5m plus interest, at this point and negligent on the part of directors if they didn't. Seems to be a conflict here as some directors hold CN's.
