hmm this point is interesting and I missed it in the announcement on 2 November 2016.
It sounds like it could therefore be possible that no RCPS or Notes are actually converted into shares - in which cash my 6 month share price target would jump to above 30 cents. However, if no shares were issued, depending on stockton cash flows, debt will need to be taken on or another capital raising - as the government will still wan't there 40m odd cash up front come settlement - ie a debt deal or capital raising presentation would have to be nearly finalized, and something tells me this won't be the case (although I would only be to happy to take part in a capital raising at 9 cents a share!). Regarding a conflict, it doesn't sound good I know, but it sort of 'is the way it is' (alot of holders on here, including myself, were unhappy at the time that they did a capital raising without asking any of us retail investors)... at the end of the day, where is the share price now compared to where it was on 1st of November? - you could say we still didn't come off to badly

Further guidance by Bathurst, likely outlined this week, is the only way we will know for sure what is happening with the RCPS or Notes... depending on what happens, my price target for the next 6 months will vary from 18.9 cents per share to over 30 cents per share - both still 20% above closing price on Friday.
