Thank's xmanrocks , lets accept the 1.55billion shares , it seems to be somewhere around what I was thinking . Now the creation of phoenix coal clouds the values a little . Phoenix coal is 65% owned by BRL and 35% Talleys , the assets are Stocton , Rotowhero and Maramarua , so what we have is all of the existing Brl assets and 65% of Phoenix coal , the jewel in the crown is Stockton but not fully owned by Brl. Another question , has the 40mill law suit been settled ? and what about the environment commitments that BRL made to get initial approval , many many millions promised for possum control etc etc .

I find this whole situation very hard to access and settle on Price but I think it's true value might disappoint a few , good luck all , I have my doubts and Ive followed this for along time , I do get tempted to jump in again as I am sure coal , especially high quality coal will be needed for many many years into the future .
