I assume the drag on the share price here is coming from the convertible notes - roughly the same notional outstanding as the current market cap, at a chunky 15%, maturing in just over one year - any ideas on how they intend to fund the repayment if the stock stays below 0.11? Presumably Carnegie get the company......
