Some 80 mil likely shortfall, so even ANZ will lose most of there investment. at least noteholders got paid interest up till now, unlike ANZ.
Receivers report on ETW was totally scathing of incompetence all the way along the line and it would be likely that further actions against directors would be likely as it is clear that numerous regulations have been breached and in summary the shareholders have been led up the garden path, which is ironic when the ETW brand is so well established in the market place. It all goes to show that management in any business is the key, and l guess that had Brian McGuigan been in charge we would all be much happier holders........
