Sorry I disagree with all this speculation that its the note holders fault, it really is rediculous to think this way.
most of these convertable notes were issued in November / December! long after the price fell down in August leveling out end of september.
In total your talking about 2.6 million shares issued in that period where it fell, over a period of time where 37 million shares were traded over those months!!!, even if they were all sold, do you really think its going to make a ounce of difference to the price throwing that into the volume?
Anyway, 8 million convertable notes have been issued over Nov/Dec 3x more than before and the price is still the same! so how could 2.6 have droped the price before!
The reason for the fall in my opinion is fear of specs from Subprime, and people selling on the news of YPU1 slow down and drilling problems with Rocket 2, any spec that does not have a huge following is still down from subprime.
Also most people who buy shares do not know how to calculate or work out what a stock is worth and go by the movement of the graph, when they see it falling they sell thinking the stock is doing badly.
All i care about is that BUR is making money, its proven it self that its worth much more than this, just need to wait for this to hit peoples radars so the buying creates a market correction and we see this at a more realistic price.
