    Mr Steve
    thanks for the reply

    You quote:
"Anyway, 8 million convertable notes have been issued over Nov/Dec 3x more than before and the price is still the same! so how could 2.6 have droped the price before!"

Sorry: The convertable notes were issued in January 2007

The 8 million were shares not notes, and therein lies the difference

IMPORTANT: Go back to January and read the detail of the "noteholder offer": you will see the difference

    Anyway
Since September, in the face of 3 successful money-making wells, the share price has dropped. WHY???
In the face of uncertainty the average investors have become hesitant (this icludes most of us). This gives a conservatively traded share like Burlison very little buyer strength as has proven to be the case over the last 3 months. This is an ideal time for some professional noteholders to play games and beef the seller depth and continue to convert notes issued in January at increasingly low prices (Scare off the faithful).
Please!!!! Read the fine pint from January and you will see that these guys have a great deal.

anyway - I'm extremely bullish on this stock and am just trying to understand the background to the incredibly low price

    good luck longs

    Jake

    cheers
    Jake
