Great deal indeed.
Though they are only getting them at a 15% discount to what I am paying - they can get millions at those prices whereas if I bought that number of shares I would be buying up to about 30c. The effect of them converting at these prices also hurts us as stated above with dilution, whereas if I bought at those prices it would help with SP increase.
However on the flip-side, BUR get this money to pay for drilling - so not all negative, just wish the SP was 50c to minimise dilution.
