Unfortunately until PLT has "learnt to swim" on its own (ie becomes cash positive & growing) it will need floation devices to stay above water (ie positive announcements). As can be seen of late, the share price has sunk because the positive announcement never came. While PLT will not "drown" when the convertible notes are released, I can not imagine the share prices staying above 20cents. Luckily PLT can float and will rise back up, but it is going to take some time (perhaps until next year) that it can swim on its own and against the current of millions of 9.5cent shares.

Let's hope in time PLT will be a champion swimmer and break some world records!
