I'm not sure that there is any way to do this as an "Individual" without the assistance of a Broker. My basic understanding is that, if both you and your mate were Clients of the same Broker, they could probably conduct a cross-trade....but I'm not entirely sure of this. Best to ask your Accountant or a Broker to be sure.
